If I were able to give this company 0 stars I would. They were responsible for cleaning the windows in my apartment building. Our strata made the company come back to re-clean the windows because they did such a horrible job the first time. The large black hose they use to clean the windows stained our deck. I asked the employee to clean it he refused. I contacted their manager Peter who told me to e-mail him. I e-mailed him several times and no response. Our deck is still left with black stains. Incredibly unprofessional.

The guys that came to do the duct cleaning were very professional and courteous. They took their time and did a great job, explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. I would recommend them to my friends and family and will use them again given the chance. Thanks guys!

Bought a house 1.5yrs ago. Home inspector says there are two bad corner leaks in the gutter system. So I called a roofing company who charged close to $400 to just put some sealant patches...but these corners leaked again just after 4-months...during a period of heavy rain and snow. It was like a waterfall which then turned into icicles. This totally stressed me out. Called the roofing company back and they do NOT guarantee their work so I would have to pay again for the same job. After the whole upgrade was done, I noticed two small leaky spots under the awing of my front entrance, so called Patrick back. Shane and team came back again and fixed them up all for free even though these weren't really gutter problems to begin with. It has rained a few times since the upgrade, and the gutters are working perfectly! I can rest assured that my whole gutter system is well taken care of now that Patrick and his team will be looking after my gutters for many years to come. These guys are professional, prompt, clear, friendly, and have mad gutter skills! Don't waste time and energy with other companies. If you have gutter issues, just call Next Level Gutter Repair. You will be glad you did.

My family and I hired this company to clean our residental carpets. Not only are they eco friendly but the service was impeccable. Our carpets were clean, tidy and drying in no time. They use treatments that are safe for pets. They managed to get a deeply ingrained stain out of our stair carpet. The tech arrived on time and was patient with answering questions. Once he was finished answering questions he went straight to work and finished in no time. The tech was courteous and professional the entire time he was within the residence. I was very impressed with the finished product. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Brought in a few designer suits, Versace, boss & Gucci. Everything came back looking great and feeling like it was brand-new. Highly recommend their service to anyone looking for dry-cleaning.

Be careful of pricing schemes. I called ahead for pricing information today to and directly asked how much it would be. After checking twice about the price, i get there and he says he "forgot to mention that you have to bring another shirt for that price". Utter deception to get people in the door - be careful.
