HORRIBLE Cleaning company.. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Xcelcor Cleaning has been nothing but a pain & stress. This company was hired to clean my condo as I'm injured due to a MVA (which the company knows). They show up 30 to an hour later then the appointment time, they leave before the hour and a half is up. They Spot clean, check off their cleaning list that they've done everything but always miss things. Condo does not smell clean or look clean, has smelled like cigarettes(I don't smoke) and smelled like old dirty towels. Cancelled appointments day of appointment. I have complained multiple times to the office lady & there has never been a resolution. She's sent other cleaners the week after and said it would be re-clean appointment yet they charged me. Also these two new cleaners did not do a good job. The office lady told me that I should be home to tell the cleaners how and where to clean? LOL these cleaners are "professionals" I shouldn't have to tell them how to clean. If you want a half A$$ job for 150$ then this is the cleaning company for you.

very straight forward and up front pricing. I loved the post job photos of my gutters showing the cleaning. I have had random guys clean my gutters in the past and I have found out that they were not all completely done. The technician was very friendly and helped me attach a small pipe that had fallen off. Great service!

We bring our dry cleaning & alterations here weekly. They always do a great job!

Horrible . I was last appt for the day today. I showed him trouble areas and he got to work. Carpets looked great when wet but as started to dry the same stains were there. I will never use this company again and will not recommend to anyone. Will be calling to get this fixed

Phenomenal clothing alterations here. I had some of my clothes tailored and all of them were readjusted perfectly. This is the best place to go for quality.

They did an awesome job, cleaned up after themselves, and all for an amazing price! I've recommended them to a few family members as well and they were all super happy with their work. Would definitely get them to do my gutters and pressure washing again hands down.

Joseph is the best carpet and upholstery cleaner I've found anywhere. A friend suggested him when I moved to Surrey a little over a year ago. He cleaned my carpets when we moved into our new (to us) home. At one point I needed my couches cleaned when Joseph wasn't available. I tried a well-known company. They did such a poor job that I had them return. Still not satisfied, I called Joseph to ask him to redo the job for me. The couches came out perfectly. Joseph is conscientious and absolutely blows the competition out of the water.

Dry clean my black wind coat, when pickup and found some place worn out with white spots. Owner discussed with me and explained what was happened, and also give me suggestion… feel he is responsible person, no one can avoid all risks, but at least can face and fix it responsibly. Good work.
