Friendly and great service.

Great service ! We called them on a Friday and they came out on the holiday Monday and power washed our roof. They were fast, efficient and very reasonably priced Would highly recommend.

I gave my suit for dry clean and when I was about to wear my suit for party I seen my suit was burn on different different spots then next day I went to show them and I talk to manager and he said straight forward we can never do that it’s not are fault. I said is it anything you can do for me he said no I can’t do anything then I told him don’t worry I will definitely right down your review on google so people should check before they leave and he replied you can right whatever you want I know how to delete reviews on google please think before you go to this place, worst service ever very bad customer service

The AJP staff is well trained and is very efficient. They are prompt and the rates are reasonable. I think it is one of the best cleaning services providers maintaining quality services aiming at customer’s satisfaction. They have eco-friendly cleaning products ensuring a healthy cleaning in my apartment. I recommend the company to anyone looking for a professional cleaning company.

I would be highly reluctant to let these people into your home. Not only did they steal my $100 ladder (which was identical to the one they were using) but they strung me along telling me they were going to return it, all politely until a month later when push came to shove and after numerous ignored phone calls, I finally got the owner who not only was rude and offensive but laughed at my frustration and ran me in frustrating circles trying to clear this up. To make matters worse, they originally gave me a quote and said it was for two people and doubled the bill after the fact. They speak of costs in ways that are duplicitous and...just to boot, there was still drywall dust for months after their service.... I highly highly suggest you stay as far away from this company as possible. By the way.... in the end, when I was upset, the owner laughed at me and hung up. Go ahead, use them and be treated like that if you wish!!!

Horrible service, convinced my elderly mother they were sent to her home by family member. Did minimum work, then would not take a check, and made my 80 year old mother go to a bank machine, while they sat on the pation in shorts and tshirts smoking cigarettes, when she returned did not give a receipt or list of work done. Do not use them!

I wanted my coat cleaned on two spots but mostly I wanted it mended along the collar and buttons tightened they told me a week, got it back wasn't clean wasnt mended. Asked for them to redo their job because it cost 35$ for absolutely nothing to happen. Another week goes by, my coat is now clean and my buttons are still loose and my collar looks botched. Do not use them, they over charge you for them to do nothing.

First off requested a quote for two jobs and the technician blew me off for one of them. I had to follow up after he no showed. Second job they showed up for on time. The technician did a great job on the carpets. I asked about the 3M pricing and he told me a price that I agreed to. I watched him spray some spritz of a liquid on the couch. Not throughly applied and not looking like 3M scotch guard but what did I know I thought. I paid almost $400 or $500 for the job. After he left I tested the 3M to find the leak-through and absorption test I did before the 3M application was exactly the same as before. I called and asked for a refund of the 3M product not being satisfied with that part of the job. They said they'd have the technician reach out to me on Wednesday. A week goes by no call. I have to follow up with the company again. They again tell me the technician will contact m the next day. No phone call at this point from the head office. Just impersonal emails not addressing the clients questions or concerns. I keep emailing about my not satisfied feeling and I keep getting bounced around. AVOID these guys they are the worst if any issues arise. Do your self a favour and deal with another company and avoid the headache. I am now having to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge. Good job customer service! Im still refunded and you get your 1 star review. Need more people that can make a business decision over there.

I am incredibly grateful for the service of this company! I've used them twice, and both times (with cleaners Angela and Victoria) were amazing. My place was a mess both times, but I never felt judgement. They treated my belongings with care. Organized scattered items close to where they were found but in a tidy manner, and even took care of the tiny details like cleaning my hair brush. These are truly caring people who respect my home, me, and their quality of work. I highly recommend, and will continue to use.Thank you for making my home feel so special!

This is a great local dry cleaner. Reasonable prices, friendly and fast service, expert tailoring and advice. I take my dry cleaning here, and I've gotten dresses and pants hemmed here as well. One of the best in town in my opinion.
