Clean and reasonably inex

I've used them for years and trust my important items with them.

Terrible customer service. I foolishly paid before inspecting my garment - they had made holes in the lace of my dress! When I complained to the cashier, she called the owner. I could hear him on the other end of the phone asking if I had already paid. When the answer was yes, he said « tell her there’s nothing we can do. » He didn’t even apologize. It was as though it was my fault for asking them to clean something delicate.

Elsie Welch September 4 at 12:45 PM · Hey my Duncan friends!! Phoenix Power Vac just cleaned my furnace, dryer and ducts!! They took enough lint out of the dryer duct to stuff a queen size pillow! No wonder it took so long to dry the clothes! It took them longer than normal but they didn't stop until they had it all!! And the price didn't go up either! Friendly, efficient and honest!! What a breath of clean air! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!

I had great service from them. I will 100 percent use them again. They were much cheaper than the other quotes I had. I talked to Brad Fournier and he had me set up immediately. Doug from Duncan came to my house in Nanaimo. He was on time and called me on his way over. Great service and a very nice guy to deal with. Thank you guys very much and I will see you again. Kyle
