*Update* Owner got a hold of me and came by to personally make it right. Because of that, I am upgrading to 3 stars. Thank you Phillip.
This was not a professional gutter cleaning job. It was also nice to see that they placed the debris removed from the gutter on my lawn, driveway, and walkways.
I should have just done it myself

We had our sewer leak in the downstairs bathroom, it spread out into part of the house.
I called Coles, he showed up with one hour to take a look. Later he came back with the equipment and started cleaning up.
Excellent service!
