I contacted Hali in January of last year, as an absolute last resort. I was incredibly hesitant to hire a sleep consultant because I feared she would come into my home and point out all of the obvious reasons my 20 month old was still needing to be nursed to sleep, waking every 2 hours and needing to latch onto me for comfort all through the night. My apprehensions of being judged lost the battle to my desperate need for sleep. I was tired, burnt out and was unable to fully enjoy my two magnificent children as a result. I felt as though we had unique circumstances because I co-slept for such a long time and my 20 month old acrobat could hurl herself out of a crib or playpen whilst wearing a sleep sack! My husbands job required him to be away much of the time therefore I was completely on my own. I felt alone and was afraid to ask for help because that's something I struggle with. Then, the angel known as Hali entered our lives. She was lovely and compassionate. She immediately set my mind at ease and reassured me that I was doing the best I could and it was good enough. She gave us fantastic pointers and a well articulated plan that was specific for our situation. Most importantly, she guided us through it with the utmost respect and care. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I never thought it possible, but my toddler is having 2 hour naps (it was a struggle to have her nap for 40 minutes) and is sleeping ON HER OWN all night long. If you are struggling with sleep issues, I strongly recommend you hire Hali. I assure you that you will not regret it. I'd almost consider having another baby so she could help us again...haha just kidding, I'm totally digging sleep too much right now

We required personal and practical support and advice for both current challenges and future goals. We enrolled in what I like to call the 'nonstop' program where Len and Louise meet/talk with us weekly to make a specific plan for progress/review and implement action. They've done valuable research on our behalf so we can find out good vendors for the solutions we seek. They both have corporate and independent business experience and have 'walked the walk' before becoming a consulting team.
