Based on our experience with Kodiak Construction, I would caution anyone who is contemplating working with this company. We had several issues with Kodiak, including, but not limited to: 1. They started the project approximately a month and a half after the date we had discussed and throughout the project they regularly did not show up to complete work on the agreed dates. 2. They came in significantly over budget, even after we were very upfront with them about the funds we had available for the project. 3. The water line they installed and buried in the ground had a large cut in it, which was causing issues with our water. We had to get another plumber in the area to fix it as Kodiak didn’t return our calls in a timely manner and, due to our previous experience, we found them to be unreliable and we couldn’t risk not having water for a prolonged period. Kodiak has ignored requests to provide reimbursement for the repair costs that are directly related to their poor-quality installation and use of improper materials.
