I would not recommend RBC let alone this branch. The service was completely unprofessional and rude, they didn't even try to help us. Ended up going to TD Canada Trust, they were helpful and were able to provide us with the services we needed.

This was the worst customer service experience of my entire life, and I wasn't even a customer yet!! I walked in to see about having my taxes done and I could hear the owner belittling and cursing at one of his employees in front of another client! How disgusting!!!! I was so appalled by this man's behavior that I turned and walked out. I will never go back or recommend him.

WOW! Amazing customer service. The best service and prices in the lakeland area. It gave me great peace of mind knowing that not only are her gals bonded and insured, Melanie comes to your home herself to ensure everything was done and completed and that you were 100% happy with the service. I can certainly see why her painting business is as successful.
