Great Assistance! After a few frustrating hours of attempting to transfer photos from my LG phone to my iMac computer, I finally called MicroAge for help. I had downloaded drivers and 'bridges' - nothing worked. Carl from MicroAge instantly gave me the exact information I required and literally 5 minutes later my photos were transferred! Tammy Wanner was the most unprofessional "professional" I have ever encountered in a bank. I went there for help with difficulties stemming from bank errors with a loan, she was quick to blame every other party involved except the one guilty, RBC. Tammy was somewhat rude, unpleasant and treated me with, what I sensed, was a complete lack of respect. She wanted nothing to do with helping me and I was shuttled out the door with a couple of phone numbers and told that I needed to fix the bank's mistake myself. RBC did rectify all mistakes made and they should get five stars, although the process took some time and the mistakes were corrected externally to the branch in Swift Current.
