I have gone to United Tax for the past 5 years. Each year I feel the service has gone downhill. When I email them - I never get a response. Anytime I try to call the line is busy or the outdated answering message is played. When I tried to discontinue my service I was told they had made an error and overpaid me by 4000 and this resulted in me having to file with them over the next two years.
Now that the term is up I will not be returning my business. My recommendation - go to H&R.
