They have No regard for customer experience. They are supposed to be contractors for EPCOR and are completely incompetent. It has been over 45 business days (they told me 20-25) and they still haven't connected my gas-line. This is causing negative effects on my house, we are struggling, having to use heaters. It seems they only have one team to work around the whole of edmonton! I called their rude receptionist who said they are working on rural parts of Edmonton before the city and there has still been no sign of them coming to get my work done. It is a shame that EPCOR uses such an unprofessional and pathetic contractor to execute their services.

A little confusing to understand, that's why I have given them 4 stars out of 5. Somehow they were able to save me a ton of money. The consultant I spoke with name was Amar. He was somehow able to negotiate down the debt I owed.
