I met Danielle over a year ago at a Social Media Meetup that she presented at in Spruce Grove. She has taught me so much over the past year and always has new information every time I see her. This woman knows her stuff!!! I am looking forward to going to the classes that she is teaching this summer.

Mike is an excellent teacher. If you need some help to pass your exams this is the best course out there.

Great service

I have taken many courses with Southwind and always found the instructors to be "Top of the Line"! I appreciate that with each course I walk away with a booklet; that I usually refer to many times when back to my workplace and trying out the new skills.

Approximately two months ago, We booked an appointment with Dash to get some advice in regards to accounting and tax advice for our small business. At the time of booking there was no mention of a base fee or hourly rate for such an appointment. It was not mentioned when we arrived, or when we sat with the consultant. The consultant asked us many questions and typed slowly, and dodged answering the questions we had come with until after lots of casual conversation and in hindsight, I now see why. At the end of our meeting the consultant said "you know I have to charge you right?, my rate is usually $150/hr. I was completely shocked and the staff did not seem to care that we were misinformed. Our appointment was approximately 1.5 hours long...when it could have been 45min. I feel like we were tricked and would not take my business back for that simple reason.
