We hired Aspen Countertops to install countertops in our laundry, basement bathrooms, basement kitchenette, and butlers pantry - the sales guy was great to work with. Customer service was always great and organized. We are pleased with finish work and quality of the countertops.

This review is posted as a customer. The few times that I have been here to purchase items I have found the prices to be unreasonably high and the service to be unfriendly.

Very happy with the product and service from this very busy company. We delayed the installation so we had to wait, but the wait was well worth it.

AllStone did our kitchen counters, and drybar counter and then we had them back recently to do our main floor bathroom. We have had an excellent experience - they were reliable, professional, fast and did great work. We are happy with both the products and the service and would highly recommend this awesome locally-owned company to our friends and family!

Jade Stone Ltd. recently installed my new quartz countertops. Perfectly measured, installed and an excellent seam. The crew of 2, Steven and Patrick were skilled and worked efficiently to get the job done. As for Jade Stone the company, the supplier Ceasarstone was experiencing problems in sourcing the stone, Jade Stone kept me informed by cc'ing all email communications which I appreciated. My countertops are in and beautiful and I would definitely recommend and use Jade Stone in the future. LLO

Called there yesterday to get some info on quartz and Reena had a wonderful telephone manner and got back with me the information within a few hours. If they have the product I am looking for, I would certainly want to deal with them if Reena is any indication of the level of service. Well, that was three weeks ago and as of yesterday, I have a beautiful quartz countertop in my vanity. I wound up going with Riverbend Stone and I couldn't be happier. Price and service were both excellent.

We were referred to Astral Granite by one of our established subs. They have an extensive selection of quality natural stone materials, a knowledgeable & attentive staff, and offer competitive prices. We would purchase from them again.

Worst customer service ever! Never answer their phones and you never know when they are open because they pick their own hours it seems.

As a fabricator in Regina, SK that is focused on customer service, A HUGE thank you to Cascade. We were short a piece of counter top for a job due to a mistake made by one of my employees. They had a piece that would work but wouldn't fit in a vehicle so they cut it down for us. The whole process went very quickly. Throughout the process, the receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name) and Mary were so very helpful and very much wanted to help us out. Thanks again and I would highly recommend them to any family, friends or potential clients in Edmonton!

Tyson at K2 Stone is the most knowledgeable natural stone guy in the business. His product is of the highest quality and as competitive as many cultured (fake) stone suppliers in the city. He has been a resource to us for many years and has continuously provided our clients an amazing product. Do not get fake stone when you can get beautiful natural stone at a comparable price.

Hana and Shayne are wonderful people to work with; experts in all things stone and manufacturing. Hana is very reliable and follows through with every phone call and email. Shayne is a perfectionist that won't quit until everything exceeds the homeowners standards. I happily recommend Laporte to everyone and everyone I know.
