Dance Studio

My time at Dance works for Gymnastics was really bad,the coach would not teach us anything, always talking and not paying attention. Although my time dancing at Dance works in Jazz was really good my coach was really responsible and kind. And it was Pretty pricey for the time i spent there.

This is the best dance studio I have ever been to. The teachers as well as students are very welcoming. They teach lots!

I have 2 girls dancing at Goggin-Carroll and they have grown a great deal due to the instruction and friendships they have been given at this school.

Wow. Such a ripoff. Apparently they do not want repeated business. First off. Lets be clear. The instructors are probably great. But the management is unscrupulous. They did not tell you up front how much they are going to charge you later for the student performance event. $40 per person for ticket and 160 for the costume. It is not so much about the amount but the way they exploit your kids' passion - get them anticipate the performance so that parents do not have an option. What a manipulative strategy! And for that costume price there was not even a superficial measurement session and the fitting was poor. I know costume costs money and the school markup is all fair game, but way they conduct business is utterly unprofessional.

Denise Lester Dance Academy is a second home to my family, our daughter dances there , her friends are there. She has learned how to be a team player, love herself, be a good friend, work hard , don't quit. Learning how to be a good sport when you win and when you don't. Although rarely do they not win. Denise and her teachers are by far the best in the business, they treat the girls how any mom and dad would want their child to be taught, fair, honest and loving. When I was looking for a studio 10 years ago, I went to every studio in Durham and the second I walked in to DLDA and I saw Wendy bent down listening to a story of a little wee girl I knew it was the place of us. You won't get a better studio, a better place to leave your child and a better group of ladies teaching children.

Great place for beginners to learn the basic steps of a variety of dances. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they provide a great atmosphere to improve your dancing regardless of the level of dancer that you are.

A fun and friendly dance studio. Awesome place to get your child started in dance. It has a really close knit group of talented competitive dancers too. Great classes for adults offered as well. I had a great time in an adult Musical Theatre jazz class last season. We really enjoyed our class and got great exercise. I really recommend the studio and the classes to everyone.

The teachers at Fred Astaire Oakville are all amazing. They are great at helping to improve your dancing while making it really fun at the same time. I always look forward to my lessons!
