I am an ordinary girl with no remarkable fitness talents. I am not flexible and I don't have muscles.. NOT a fitness babe. But I wanted to learn new things and decided to join one of the circus classes. Couple of weeks later and voilaa I can stand on my hands (with the help of a wall, but still)! And I can do some scary looking yoga poses. I am delighted to see how much better I am after every lesson. Thank you AVA Team!

Good seating all around. No bad seats (unless someone really tall sat in front of you). Cozy atmosphere. No drinks or food allowed. Seats could be a little softer if you’ve got a long event to sit through - all wooden seats.

This is an awesome dance school! I have taken Salsa and Zumba classes there and I highly recommend them both! Very enjoyable atmosphere! Instructors are very skilled and friendly! You won't regret it!

Our son has been taking Hip-Hip and Breakdance classes at Dancin' Stars for 7 years. This is his 2nd year on the breakdance battle crew and is approaching his 2nd competition season. He had such a great time last year, winning awards and bonding with friends, he's now on two competition teams! We highly recommend this studio as the teachers are highly skilled and engaged with their students, as are the staff, many of whom take lessons or have their own kids enrolled. The annual recitals are very enjoyable and never fail to impress us with the choreography.

This studio by far has the best Zumba classes (I have tried Zumba at 7 other locations) . They have the best instructors who are extremely fun and energetic my favorite instructors are Silvi and Angi but every instructor they have is wonderful which is rare to find. The space provided is great with the perfect temperature at all times. You will really work up a sweat without even noticing that you are working out because its just so much fun.

Amazing instruction !!! The instructor is very knowledable and very encouraging. I have not seeing any instructor in Vancouver to have the ability to show things with so much precision as Diego Sanchez has.
