West Coast Modernscape did a great job of working with us to get to a final scape that we love. We did not really know what we wanted so Rays input, ideas and flexibility helped us to achieve a front and back yard that we are proud of and looks amazing. Amazing, newly renovated patio. Great place for hanging out on a summer day or evening. We sat close to the water and watched a couple fisherman catch a sturgeon. Food is just okay. Pork belly taco is not that great in my opinion. Drink selection is decent, and the service was overall pretty good.

I loved working with fairtradeworks and would hire them for my next project in a heart beat . Meagan did my quote- it was detailed yet easy to understand and very accurate. Kian was my project manager - I called him aLOT throughout the project and he was always knowledgeable, supportive and on the ball. I was very worried about finishing the project on time and they made sure of this . Thank you !!

Excellent work from initial assessment to finishing touches. Had an uneven torch-on deck and had it replaced with a vinyl duradek. Work required removal of a few rows of siding, removal of torch-on deck, grading for water run-off, new plywood underlay, new plumbing for drainage, application of duradek vinyl, and resetting of siding. Took about 1.5 weeks with a few rainy days in between. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible. No quality of work at all. More money than agreed upon. Had to redo lots with a different contractor just two years after this guy 'completed' my renovation.

Trail running or walking at its best. Be prepared as it is a long way between water fountains.
