Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the constantly changing timeline. Did not feel valued as a customer.
Was very quick to come give us an estimate (June 10th) and his pricing was fair. However, after the initial completion date given (July 8-10) it kept changing (July 16-20, July 24 or 25, July 28, July 30) with no notice. We were never called when they weren't able to come and they were difficult to reach. Kept getting the excuse, "we got really busy". Finally completed July 30 and although the job was done well and they tidied nicely after themselves, they left without any discussion over final billing or inspection of their work.
