Decks & Railing

We contracted someone to do foundation repair last year which ended up being basically useless because they could not cut through the rock to install a trench and sump pump. This year, Benji, Bonnie and their workers attacked that rock like there was no tomorrow. They have been professional, honest, and very, very thorough. The job was very dusty and noisy, but even with the insane heat, caterpillars and dust, the workers were relentless. If you have foundation problems I can't recommend this company enough! And I can assure you that you won't be disappointed with the service.

Great service

Decks by Vern came along just when my husband and I NEEDED him! We did our best try with a DIY job on our front deck. After a very frustrating couple of weekends, we finally cried uncle and called in some experience. Vern was professional, hard working and quick. Our porch looks amazing! He listened to what we wanted, designed it with precision and beauty. We would highly recommend this company again!

Will never pay a subcontractor. Screws people left right and center. I literally have tons of legal files from court rooms. Signed by judges ruling again this company and specifically Shawn. Him and one of his companies owes me and my company thousands of dollars along with many many other contractors and home owners

No very impressed with Gord. If a company is busy then why would you try to quote a job and leave the customer hanging for almost a month to get a design. He is not worth the aggravation. Typical contractor says one thing does another. Deck he desinged was not even close to what we wanted.

Professional, reliable, and very competitively priced. We just had Cedar Springs replace a fence for our large yard. Their workmanship is absolutely meticulous and they were reliable, quick, and very affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to put in a fence. The new fence has completely changed the look of our house and increased the property value.

Being on the corner lot I wanted privacy from the rear neighbours but maintain the openness of the extra yard to the side. Ryan designed the perfect blend of a vinyl fence along the back and iron up the side. Not only does it fit the function I desired it is simply beautiful! He was very knowledgeable about all the products available to us. Furthermore we found he priced competicrly, was reliable and efficient, and the quality is amazing! Highly recommend!

Great guys to work with! Fast, neat and precise! Exactly what was asked for and quoted.

Horrible. Incompetent staff. The credit card machine were down the other day and they only accept credit cards, no cash. Instead of putting up a sign, they continued to allow people to pull in the entrance and get boxed in by people behind them, thus creating a traffic jam. Beware. I will never park there again.

Very nice you can use your charge card's when you don't carrie money. Thank you!

I contacted Lars/David in April 2018 to inquire about building our deck. My first contact person was Rachel. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She referred me to Damon, the owner. Damon is professional as well as pleasant and knowledgeable about their product and how to handle the paperwork. He answered all of our questions over the phone and in person. The work teams did a good job. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient when we had questions. Rachel and Damon were very supportive in making sure the final results were completed to our satisfaction. The deck is beautiful! Thank you for a job well done.👍

Deck Builder Bloor West Village did a great work completing our deck within only four weeks as promised. The details that we wanted were there and the materials used were the ones we requested. We were greatly impressed with their professionalism and craftmanship. There’s no doubt we made the right decision hiring them.

The deck building service of Rockcliffe Deck Builder was cost-effective. It was also completed within a reasonable duration. The materials they used were top quality and so as the result. We loved every detail of the deck and we have no single complaint with their work.
