Do no pay full until you have the full documents. They take the money and dont reply to calls or email. The owner does not respect other people time or any promise they make. The product is good, the people who install i am not sure. He is knowledgeable, but not reliable.

We were very happy with Patrik’s work. He built a beautiful deck for us and renovated our garage into a lovely guest studio. We will use Patrick again for any future projects. We’d recommend Patrick to anyone who needs any renovations done.

Horrible customer service. So disappointed. 2 years later, the stuff they did around my pool is falling apart. Won't take any responsibility for it. Calling my mother in law "special". Nicest guy before you buy it, turns into a jerk if he needs to repair it.
You were warned.

Do not waste your time or your vacation money. Units 4-6 are a dump and some of the units smell like one too. Furniture is worse than thrift shop. Broken pull out couch held together by snow fence believe it or not. Clogged drains, broken lights, vacuums blow dire OUT....Management and realtor won't respond and just don't care - they got your money. Slowest Wifi ever was free in 2017 but completely useless now they want $5.95 per day. Pathetic cash grab.

During home improvements last year, my wife popped the idea of building a garbage storage shed and a front patio deck. It seemed as a good idea but we didn't know if anyone could complete the project while we were doing other improvements in the house. We asked around and decided to trust the work to Royal Deck Builder Scarborough. They promised fast delivery and made us a greater offer. The excellent news was that they kept their promise. The new deck and shed were both delivered as promised. Excellent shed and deck construction and installation! We loved their work and appreciated their professionalism. Next spring we will call again for a tiny garden storage shed to keep our tools.
