If you want to have quality-made decks with great design, I recommend Deck Builder Pros Richmond Hill. I'm one of their loyal customers and would not choose anyone else. We recently moved and contracted again to build a rooftop deck for us. Boy they were fantastic! They built a gorgeous and durable deck on our rooftop.

Bad drivers Reckless in parking lots

If you arrive before 4pm on Friday (even at 3:59pm), and stay longer than the 2ish hours for maximum daily rate, you will be charged $25 because, "the meter resets at 4pm" as I was told by Ultimate Parking Management. If you arrive after 4pm, you'll be charged a flat $10 rate. Keep in mind the signage states that you will be charged $4/20 minutes until 4pm but that is completely false. Park here, but make sure to arrive AFTER 4pm to save yourself $15...

This garage is reminiscent of stale liquor bottles, urine and fungus. I've sprayed concentrated wolf urine in my garden and it's not as pungent as the aromas in the stair case. Be sure your horn works as every single turn is dark, blind & dangerous. Parking spots are seldom marked, extremely tight, and the ceilings are low and crumbling. I'm surprised this building meets code. But rest assured you'll be safe from predator attacks as bears & coyotes haven't stepped within a mile of the Griswold Garage.
