Really bad customer service! My husband and I went in to buy a large bottle of Evan Williams bourbon. The sticker on the shelf said $28.99 however, it was ringing up $26.99. The cashier called the manager up front and he made a few very weak attempts to put the $28.99 into the system (he even had the sticker in his hand) and then proceeded to tell us that he couldn’t sell us the bottle of bourbon! He offered to sell us a different bottle (one that my husband doesn’t like) but would not sell us the bottle we wanted. We were regular customers however, we definitely will NOT be returning.

We have been to Vail quite a bit over the last 8 years and West Vail Liquor Mart has the best combination of great selection and friendly staff! Dawson is my go-to and has been fantastic, thank you for your help!!!

Were going to buy some non-alcohilic soda products in the middle of the day, were asked for ID's and when my wife showed her military spouse ID it wasn't good enough and we were asked to leave. The lady was rude and I cannot believe that I needed an ID for a soda pop in our late twenties.

This place is fantastic! Visited on 8/16/22 and just like the other reviews said, they'll have it! They had my favorite tequila I've been searching for and the staff was great- everyone. 6 minutes till close and they told me I had at least 7 minutes... I will return again! Thank you!

Amazing whiskey especially the smoked walnut old fashioned. Happy hour is great! Bartender went out of his way to explain how they distill and offered some tastes as well. Highly recommend the Ol Red!

Small store so not a huge selection, but the staff is the reason to shop here. They are as friendly and helpful as can be.

10/10 Jay jay the owner is very helpful and welcoming. Taking the time to answer questions and very knowledgeable. He even offered to order some things I was looking that he did not have on hand. He had a wild selection so I did find an alternative I’m very pleased with! Will be returning soon!

My first time visiting Texas Liquor and it was a positive experience. Much more personable than the larger box store liquor stores . For a smaller store they had a wide variety of liquors, beers, and wine, even selling cigars. Although this was my first visit it will not be my last.
