Advertises one thing but then does another. They really don't care about the customer. Do not trust. Avoid unless you want to be fleeced.

I got my order messed up and when I called the store complaint and asked him to be nice for the next time I come through the drive-thru for service he hung up the phone on me I rate this place customer service ask for fails and you are ugly and unfriendly

Had a good experience here picking up some celebration alcohol for moving to Phoenix. Aaron is super chill, friendly, and polite. Selection isn't huge, but you have at least some options for most types and qualities of alcohol. Convienent location.

For an independent store Lucky’s is one of the best in Phoenix. They have a great selection of liquors and beers compared to most small liquor stores I’ve been to. Prices are very competitive even on allocated bottles. Thank you Jack and company for the great service and being fair.

Nice spot on my way in or on my way out to stop to stop and get whatever is needed to pre-game or post-work!

This store has good stuff if you like to drink and smoke.

Great customer service they had exactly what I needed I was in need of a variety of incense they had that and more!! I was blessed with alot of options great prices I got 7 for $1.25 I will definitely be coming back! :) (There was alot more then what's shown in the photo)

Reddy, if thats his name, is charming and delightful. There is a wide variety of everything alcohol. This is what a liquor store should be. If you're in the area and find yourself in need of spirits, stop by and support your local area small businesses. I can't say enough about the gentleman who operates Reddys, he is very much "top shelf" I will continue to go here, even if I moved clear across town. Thank you sir, you're truly awesome!

Who knew there would be a top notch beer hall hidden in an unassuming strip mall! Over 75 beers on tap, spanning several regions/countries. Bottle shop is also extensive

Good selection and prompt attentive and very helpful clerk in the afternoon and evening! Well lit and easy access makes for a safe visit with tons of parking due to the multi stop shops and restaurants….great location and much better than the other store down a few doors!

Appreciate how employees are helpful and make recommendations. I wished I caught her name but I will come back to this location only for the sole purpose of speaking with her. She made the recommendations make sense. She asked questions and then explained what choices would be best. She even offered to give me a taste of the wines we were discussing and walked me there.

Great selection plus assortment of small necessities. Drive thru is prompt and the guys are great. I recommend tipping them too.

The owner is a wonderful man. He works a little to hard probably but is always a quick friend to many patrons to his establishment. On Halloween he was clever he made a drive thru haunted house that you drive your car thru. Soooooooo Cool and original!!! More places should think outside the box! I don't know his name but one of his people sees me and knows what my order is before I tell him because his memory serves him. He's awesome too! Thank you guys for always being there with a smile and a kind word!

These guys are great. It's an easy store to maneuver and find what you are looking for. I have found their price far better than any place else I've checked. The customer service is superior. They all are always friendly & helpful. The only thing I don't understand is why they added grocery aisles to the store. I can understand snacky party foods & the such, but breakfast cereal & liquor doesn't seem right to me, ha! Have some Jack Daniels with your Fruit Loops?
