Dave was very helpful with the wines and his recommendations were excellent! He is definitely knowledgeable with his reds, whites and fruit wines. Place was clean with a wide variety of choices!

Government liquor store so they have most of everything. Even a fairly good selection of tequila.

Great staff, great music to listen to while shopping, mainly old rock classics. Unfortunately wines on sale fly off the shelves and aren't restocked right away most likely because waiting for new inventory.

They have what I need or want , also some great deals .

Fantastic products of all kinds. The gin and vodka are fantastic, but the most interesting spirit the sell is their "Black Goat Vodka". I don't know how it happens, but black vodka is amazing!

Was in your Westbank store earlier today. A Huge Bravo to employee Danny who was stocking shelves. Noticed was limping and in some pain. Shared due to a work related fall back home in Vancouver Proper. Danny was very friendly and an excellent Representative of your W. Kelowna location. Only got better, after completing my purchase, without prompting, he carried the 2-4 of Molson Canadian Beer to my vehicle. Kudos!!!!

The mouth on the one employee is outrageous for any type of retail establishment! One can be comfortable but the F word shouldn't be used in any store.

These women were awful (also the night shift ones, like other reviewers have said). They won't allow anyone to use the bathroom, and there aren't any at all in this plaza. I had to pee outside in the parking lot! (And yes we paid for drinks even, but they didn't care that we were paying customers). Thanks b**tches! Hope you step on a lego 👎

I love this place. The prices are a bit high compared to what I've seen at places like Total Wine, but the selection is vast. I've found rare stuff here that I've had a difficult time finding elsewhere. Also, the people who work here are totally cool. The guy who has filled our growler a couple times was helpful and fun to talk to. (Pro tip: Check out their clearance shopping cart to find beers on their way out for great prices!) Overall, now that I live in the Tri Cities, this is definitely my goto place for alcohol, beer, wine, whiskey, whatever. They've got it all.
