If I could give less than 1 star I would. The woman was distracting during the testing, walking around, making noises with her straw and eating while proctoring. My husband arrived for his test on time and Bal refused to let him take the driver’s test saying he was missing paperwork from the insurance company. The insurance company said Bal was wrong and we were not missing anything. Bal refused to refund our money and was wanting to charge extra to reschedule. We went to another school, no extra paperwork needed and my husband had no problems getting tested right away. Bal chose ungenerous and possibly unethical behavior, demanding paperwork that was clearly not required. We are at the DOL now, proving Bal lied AND took our money. Go to Nelson’s instead! Nice, quick and honest. Interesting, that Bal’s reply to my review has 3 lies: 1. My husband tested at Nelson’s and got his license without providing an SR22 certificate. 2. The windshield of our car was not cracked. 3. All lights on our car were functional.

I got my Class 1 license within 2 months, with their immense support. Instructors were very friendly and professional. Thank you so much all at So Easy Learning for giving me the skills and knowledge to acquire my class 1 license.

Pranpal uncle is very polite and professional. He is a great instructor

Absolutely horrific customer service! Do not book anything online. They take your money and then it takes days to connect to book anything. No one wants to look after you. Call your local office, call head office. Complete run around. Then to finally be told that there isnt actually anything available. Well then try and get a refund! i am currently at 1 month and still no refund. Terrible, dishonest business. Zero service and i feel very uncomfortable with such a shady transaction. Bad business plain and simple.

Passed the road test the first time! With the guidance of Cel, I was able to overcome fear and uncertainty that revolves around driving. My driving experience with him has definitely empowered me to be a smart, assertive, and defensive driver. I definitely recommend RoadQuest Driving Academy to those first time drivers and learners, with a little or no experience with driving at all to take classes here and gain their confidence when it comes to driving. 5 out of 5 stars!

Taught me all I need to know about driving
