Driving School

Management is very unprofessional and ready to throw staff under the bus. They will smile in your face and talk about you behind your back. The one in Ecorse yard don't have adequate bathrooms( porter potties). Also they have a beat up trailer with no heat for the winter months and students are cold. If you want to learn how to drive a truck I don't recommend 160 Driving Academy look else ware. They are terrible it's not worth your time and Tom and the lady in the office can not be trusted period. Don't waste your money on this school and the school won't be blessed on how they do people. **************Beware************* I hope the state shut them down!!!!!!!!!!!

Went here with my twin today For a Tour , it was great and the job comes with magnificent benefits 🤓🤓. Thanks Bob

Great training, friendly staff, with personal involvement. They teach you a lot of materials in a three week period. I would recommend this school for anyone wanting to get a class A CDL.

The instructors are great very knowledgeable and just all around good people.

Great place to learn. Fantastic instructors. They go above and beyond to make sure your prepared for your state test. Highly recommended.

Was here for 19 weekend and I had a really good time ! Instructors was super helpful and friendly and i learned a lot of things here yes equipment is old but it's just more helpful when are you are done with your training! Keep up the good work !

The Veriha Driving Academy is a premium school for obtaining a Class A CDL. I have personally observed the instructors providing high-level coaching/teaching in the classroom, on the academy's drive simulator, and behind the wheel. If you are looking to start a career as a driving professional high suggest contacting Veriha Driving Academy.

Great place to get your cdl

I am just about done with the program now and I must say that it is most definitely the best one in the area. They have many different instructors that will show you different ways of learning and you can pick up what works for you. Some patience is required though as you won't learn everything in one or two weeks so just remember that. That being said they will teach you how to drive even if you have never driven a manual transmission vehicle before which was my case. After the 160 hours I can now name all of the parts on the truck and trailer and drive it when I started off not knowing a single thing. If you are thinking about signing up just do it. Ignore the few bad reviews because if you want to learn they will teach you what you need and then some.

The teachers were great learned a lot passed my test with flying colors . God bless this school

Rude and way over priced!

Every good school teaching i get is CDL class A

Went to this school like 13years ago.. to this day im accident free.. thay also helped me land my first trucking job...
