Craig.... We were very happy with the installation job your electrician and apprentice did for us. They were both very professional, courteous and respectful of our home. They removed the boxes, packing material from the new fixtures as well as disposing of the old fixtures. It was an overall good experience.

Window for arrival was 12-3 (although they initially told us 12-2) so we sat around waiting. At 2:50 pm I received a call that the tech was "grabbing a late lunch and would be there in 30 minutes" (so 20 minutes late). Got a second call, from the technician this time, at 3:20 saying he was finishing up a job and would be here in 45 minutes (so now more than an hour late).

Sloppy workmanship and illogical wiring (things tied together that don't make sense). At least they use good quality materials (Siemens, leviton, etc) but that's about it. Would not recommend.
