Electricians

Unbelievably POOR customer service / follow-up Belknap Electric did a solar install on our new house in Bath, NH and was paid promptly and in full - and then when we had some problems with their install, the owner ghosted us. Numerous texts, voicemails and emails and he just never responded. Lots of arrogance because business is good - but people take notice of horrible customer service - and this is the worst. It took us over a month to find someone to work on our solar - all because the arrogant owner never responded and clearly does not care about customer service after the sale... At some point, the way you treat people will come back to you...
