Rob, looked after replacing our laundry light and was very good at it. He brought our light from the 60's to present day modern. In addition, he was answering all the questions of my wife, making sure she understood, what was involved.
Rob was very good in helping to update my fixture to the present day, taking in to account aluminum wiring. Thank you Rob.

I just got off the phone, on a holiday Monday. I’m not sure who I spoke with but they told what I had done wrong and why my power was out and I fixed it myself.
