Employment Agency

Very poorly trained. They do not understand a resume. Once their search system finds the word “bilingual”, they only contact you for contact-centre roles, in shifts, regardless of your entire experience. My resume clearly says that I am supervising and training a contact centre, it is a supervisor/manager level. These agents have contacted me several times only for entry-level contact-centre roles, in shifts. Obviosly, they did not take an effort to read and understand my resume. They do not verify the location, either, to find out if the location is perhaps too far. I live in Toronto, yet, I get contacted for roles in Markham, Vaughan, Mississauga, or other far areas. This agency may be helpful to find a beginner’s job. Good luck finding a more advanced role. Fortunately, there are companies who hire directly, not through the agencies.

Dear Mr. Sajid Usmani I am writing from USA. My son Irfan Nasim Khan was working in AINiT Consultancy Services, Karachi, since last three years. However due to some differences with co-employee, he left the company. As he was always remained out of Pakistan (Saudia and USA) so he does not have much contacts in Pakistan, and he thinks that he cannot get job without any source. I myself living in USA, can’t help him in this regard. In short I thought to contact you (being one of big consultancy agency), any job in your company for him as he worked in the same field in different sections of AINiT Karachi. So please if you have any opening for him then let him interview. He born in Saudia and studied upto Intermediate there and then I sent him to USA for study. He remained in USA for about 11 years (doing different job and business) but had to leave USA as he could not stay any more. He is 36 years age now. I will greatly appreciate if you give him chance to work in your company. I am very much worried for him, as he has family and don’t find for him any source. Honestly this place is welcoming but extremely unprofessional. There nice when it comes to giving you a job. I literally got a job something went wrong on there end..... and had to wait days for a call for another job. Also young chick in the front has an attitude a little bit........ if you want steady work don’t even bother signing up

Fish recruits placed me in a role last year (2015) and it was the worst organization I have ever worked for. I felt this agency must have known how bad this place was but they insisted the company was solid. Once I started at that company, no one from Fish checked in to see how I was doing. I feel it is because they MUST have known it was a matter of time before I would quit. Find another agency for your search, they do not care about the well being of candidates. Just another lousy agency that cares only about clients.

The only people finding employment are the staff at JVS. They present well but don't deliver. They force clients into endless employment training with no results and a load of frustration.
