Warning to all people! They'll rip you off! The other bad reviews are true. Should have read them before we dealt with them.

The sales is very responsible. The design of the office is very clean and stick to their business idea.

I recently purchased the 10 kW system and am very happy with my purchase decision. When I initially made an inquiry online, I received a very prompt and professional response by way of a phone call and email from Shadi. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with me making my purchase decision. When I subsequently purchased the product, everything went very smoothly. I picked it up myself and the staff were super helpful. I only have 6 of the 12 panels hooked up at this time, and I am getting enough power even with the short days. I would not hesitate to recommend this product or company.

I was always interested in solar energy and having solar panels installed on my home. I found Solar Depot locally and they came and gave me free consultation, On-Grid - Off-Grid, solar panels cells, costs, installation requirements, I had no idea how any of it worked but I knew I wanted to help the country go green. I WAS SO PLEASED, Jeff came to my house and answered all of my questions and I didn't even realize that i was basically getting the solar panels for FREE with the Ontario solar grants. I get paid for all the energy my house harvests and Toronto Hydro directly deposits cash into my bank account every month.

For our project, Avvia delivered superior customer service throughout the needs assessment and proposal state. Kept us updated throughout the delivery process and installed a quality solar panel system for our home.

They replaced my batteries under warranty. No issues at all. They also tested another set of batteries at no cost. Overall good interactions with them.
