Horrible customer service. Didn't even make it to an actual appointment...the receptionist was very hard to deal with. Their hours are very limited - if you have a full time job I would not recommend booking any services here as they stop appointments at 4:30 everyday.
I was unhappy with the receptionist so asked that the supervisor give me a call. When the supervisor called I said I am cancelling my appointment now anyways and she said ok bye instead of asking me what the issue ever was. Very poor management...

I went in there to enroll as a student..didn’t mind the set up but somehow the teacher freaked both me and my husband out..she was rude and seemed mentally unstable herself. The whole procedure was unprofessional..turns out they don’t help with financial bit of it, when it comes to osap and other options that renowned colleges would offer..she offered none!! It was a huge disappointment but I think I was mostly reluctant on joining because of the teacher herself. I hope people find this helpful.
