Great place

I had a very bad experience at this branch as the advisor who submitted the application did not give me a reference number. Moreover, he did not follow up ever with me regarding the status of the application. It was only when I approached the branch manager, I got to know the status of my application. Please avoid this branch.

Here's another review for this. Why should I stay with national bank, when there's many other options where they're actually open after 5pm and the one and only location in fredericton is only open till 4h30???? Working from 8-5 ( which is literally before NBC opens and I leave AFTER it closes ) is nice and all, but I cannot for the life of me go to my own bank due to the hours ( where I used to live, NBC would be open thursday nights till 7 to allow people who work mornings to actually go in for their business.

I would not recommend this location unless you have no other choice. They charge a significant sum of money for services, and those services are not designed to truly help clients get the best possible return that they can. The environment itself lacks overall professionalism and client privacy, and they'll eat up far more of your time than is necessary. Complete last resort: H&R Block, especially this specific location, is not ideal for anyone. Find a better tax preparation service!

BMO does not have ANY advisors who speak French in the ENTIRE city of Fredericton. Guess they forgot we live in a bilingual country and in a bilingual province....disappointing service

Customer service I would give -10. The manager is impossible to contact. I have tried to make it work but to no satisfaction. Banking should be simpler. The bank should want to work for you. I asked a teller when I could speak to a certain person. The teller rolled her eyes and stated tonight she will be here. I asked for a time she made an annoyed look at me. 11am she will be starting. This was my first time at the banks counter. Terrible first impression.
