Rob Showard was unbelievably rude to both of my grandparents as we’d entered the bank and were waiting for help. He rolled his eyes at them multiple times and spoke to them as if they were a waste of time. He seemed to be very inconvenienced by them and the simple questions they were asking. As the elderly population is growing in Pembroke, perhaps he should enroll in communication courses dealing with elderly folks. Appalled that people are still being treated this way in 2018.
