Well I dont even know where to.start but all in all bmo here has been terrible. In fact just today they let someone the cra in fact just remove 12000 from my account. An account that has been paid. Then when they totally messed up my traps. The difficulty I have had with his bank makes me want to just finally move my business elsewhere. Tsk tsk tsk BMO. Might want to answer your phones once in a while and get back to your customers. Once again totally disappointed.

Mlm scam stay away !!!

Today I received a happy birthday card from my representative of sunlife Sorry to say but what a joke Ive had life insurance /investments and group benefits for my company and personally for the last 8 Years given this company a combined monthly payment of over $4000 Two years ago my representative was let go (she was fantastic so what a waste )I only found out five months later after inquiring why nobody was returning our calls As we had many concerns and a lot of our employees were not getting covered when getting prescriptions and stuff we just wanted answers A new representative came to see me Only after we said we wanted to cancel our policies I then told this person that I want to make some changes gave him a list of things to look into for us (We gave him the benefit of the doubt in this very messy transition This was the last I ever spoke with this gentleman He never got back to us never addressed our concerns but yet still kept on taking our money every month we switched our company benefits two months ago and cancelled with sunlife ,Again no phone call or anything to find out why we were cancelling this policy obviously were too small to be concerned We got the Exact same benefits and a lot of extras $1480 cheaper per month which tells me I’ve been getting screwed over for a long time We are in the process of moving our investments and stuff now People work very hard for their money it’s very frustrating to me that Sun Life can just take it with no regard unfortunately it seems that this company has gotten so big that everyone is just a number And nothing more Shame on you

Love this bank and employees . Have a small town attitude which is friendly and very helpful. Hats off to all of them.
