Horrible service, ludicrous fees. If you want to speak to a girl who talks so quietly you wonder if she's hiding something, go to H&R block. If you want to find out what she's hiding, get them to spend 5 minutes poorly filing your taxes and charging you more than your return for "mostly storage fees", go to H&R block. If you don't value your time and your money and your dignity, go to H&R block. If you have Google and ten minutes of spare time, save yourself the H&R Hasssle

I've never seen more than 2 tellers open at one time. Usually only one is open though so line ups and wait times can be long.
However the ATM machines are brand new and upgraded and very nice.
