We did our taxes a couple years ago with H&R Block in 100 Mile and found out a year later the guy forgot to file it! It was so stressful, H&R Block wouldn't deal with it and said get a hold of the guy that did it but of course he wasn't in a hury to answer his phone.

These guys charge exhorbitant rates, plus you are not getting Certified Accountants doing your file. Do yourself a favour and call Marco (who is a Certified Accountant) at Schwab and Associates of FSJ. Marco and his team who are all Accountants will do your taxes whether General or complex and you will pay less than what H&R Block charges. I will never use H&R Block again, particularly when locally FSJ born and raised Marco Schwab will do your taxes cheaper!
