Ross is not someone I could recommend. All talk.

This branch, and the one on Georgia are like most CIBCs. They are a bottom of the barrel institution. I hear more complaints about this financial institution than all of the others combined. They arbitrarily close lines of credit. They treat clients like hell. Depositing here, if it's not your branch, is awkward as hell, even though it's the same bloody bank. They are rude and curt. Twice I've been told things at this branch that were absolutely not true. Instead of just saying, "I don't know, but I can find out" they answered with bad information. People who do that are extremely dangerous. Don't bank at any institution with red or burgundy in the logo. It seems they all share these same issues. Coincidence?

My wife and I were working out many difficult financial decisions and Bily was able to walk us through the mess and give us very practical options for the short and long term. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and really puts the focus on helping people understand their options for managing financial needs. We highly recommend him!

I'm not one for reviews, but felt compelled to warn people to avoid wasting their time with Freedom 55. More specifically, we recently met with one of their advisors (Meagan Ratz) and was blown away with how clueless she was. I have confirmed she provided incorrect advice/facts, and when we raised several issues she just shrugged them off and kept telling us how 'knowledgable' she is. If this is the type of people working at this company I would stay far, far away!

Jeff and the Elementus Wealth team has helped my wife and I with our Group Benefit Plan for our company as well as with our personal wealth planning.
