Scott Cessford looks after my family's business and he is attentive and knowledgeable. His choices are ethical and he makes sure that they match our risk tolerances. He has been in the industry a long time and he cares about my returns and meets with me regularly. He has an assistant that can complete paperwork when he isn't available.

Some of the ladies who work there are great , some are not . I've dealt with this company on numerous occasions and I have to say the customer service is LESS than sub par for some of the ladies. I would NOT recommend this place. There is one in particular who clearly hates her job , the world and makes you feel it. She is rude and quite abrasive, not helpful at all. I shouldn't be made to feel less than for what ever her issue is. Very unsatisfied, I will be lodging a formal complaint and taking my business else ware. There are Two very helpful ladies there , unfortunately, the candor and attitude of one in particular is enough to sour me from ever going there again. I advise to use this place with caution and seek service else ware

This place is so unorganized, has horrible customer service. Took more 2 different day and 5 hours to finally have my taxes complete. Danielle seemed to not have a clue about anything.. Took them almost a hour just to print my chq. She wouldn't even show the computer screen to me so I could see what she was inputting on MY taxes. Very, very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will do my own taxes before I go back to this place.
