Yes it's true, the man that answers the phone is rude, but if you get over yourself, and don't get offended, he is actually quite helpful.
The staff were all helpful, and most of them friendly.
Treat this place like a 24hr clinic, and you will not be let down, if you treat it like a hospital in a major city centre, you will be disappointed.

We did our taxes a couple years ago with H&R Block in 100 Mile and found out a year later the guy forgot to file it! It was so stressful, H&R Block wouldn't deal with it and said get a hold of the guy that did it but of course he wasn't in a hury to answer his phone.
