great door company to deal with, i have purchased many parts from this place, always good service, good prices, very fair to do business with, i highly recommend to do business with.

I needed a garage door spring replacement a few months ago, so I called up Certified Garage Door Repair Thornhill to do the job. We agreed on a date that the repair would be done, and indeed it was done on that time and date. Efficient and prompt service is what sold me to them.

The people at Wilcox Door were extremely helpful in getting our business some new big garage doors for the warehouse. We contacted them one night and needed a replacement quickly, and Wilcox Door did just that. Their customer service was very good. They were always available for a quick update of our order's status, even late at night. This really was 24-hour service. Once they got all the details of our request, there was absolutely no problems. Their employees were really friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. Sure, our order wasn't that complex or anything, but these guys handled everything smoothly. Overall Wilcox Door was pretty great. They did what they said they would: build us a door. best of all, their prices were reasonable and everything got done in a timely manner.

Garage Door Repair Thornhill gave us the best garage door service that was also easy on the pocket. My garage door failed to open and they didn’t take long to determine the reason and give the right fix. The disconnect option was selected for some reason and that had to be changed making the door work again.

This is a garage door manufacturer. They make all kinds garage doors which are excellent and very durable. They are not open to the public but if you go to their website you can find a local dealer and likely a show room near you.

The garage door opener wasn’t responding to the remote properly, as the programming seems to have messed up. I tried restarting the system, but to no avail. My neighbor recommended Thornhill Garage Door Repair and I’m very happy with their services. The programming took just a few minutes and the price was really reasonable.

Extremely poor customer service. People who work for the company are dishonest and unprofessional. I signed the contract to install the garage door in the end of June, 2017. The installer from the company came to install the door in a week. Garage door consist of 4 panels. When he unloaded all of them, I noticed that 3 panels were damaged. They had several big dents. Only one panel was normal. The installer called the company and was taking to them Chinese, as he was Chinese and owner of the company is Chinese. When he hangs up he told me that owner of the company told him to tell me that it’s normal that panels are damaged. The installer said “I can’t give incorrect info to you as you see one panel is normal”. He said that next time he will check the panels and bring normal ones. It means, they don’t even check panels, before bring to customers. I called company myself, the guy I spoke to, didn’t apologize, he was saying “We cannot meet your expectations”. I told him that I have a normal expectations and would like to have not damaged door. But he said: “What do you expect for the money you pay?” Garage doors are not cheap. It is very bad dishonest company, who make poor quality products. Stay away from this company.

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service. Would not recommend company. Customers are not a priority. Little to no communication from the company. Two months of chasing after the company, which resulted in a cancelled order. Nothing but frustration throughout the entire process.

If you want stress, just call Brock. Last summer we wanted Phil to come over to give us an estimate for front door (including storm door) and side door. One of the houses down the street had that done for less than $4500. It was during their promotion sale in the summer. Phil calls the day before our appointment and says he's busy and to reschedule. Strike one. So we rescheduled. On the day he's suppose to show up, he didn't show up. Strike two. We had to call Brock multiple times and have someone else give us an estimate. This person quotes us for $9000, more than twice what Phil charged the house down from us (we talked to the neighbors and Phil during their installation). This second person says he can't even tell us how Phil was able to offer that price because the price he quoted us was WITH THE DISCOUNT Brock had going on during this past summer. We even asked him how much he would charge for the work our neighbors, two houses down, had got done....he walked down to their house, inspected BOTH the front and side doors and came back to us and said "There's no way that cost around $5000." We even had those neighbors on speaker phone tell this second guy how much they paid Phil. I guess each person has their own price. At the end of the day, all I got from Brock was a simple and pathetic "Sorry we can't help you." If you want stress, wrong items shipped, different quotes from different guys from Brock...go ahead with this company.
