Garage Door

My appointment was cancelled at 45 minutes notice. I had already taken a day off of work in order to meet with the installer and the next "available appointment" was 5 days in advance. Terrible customer service, was promised a call back by the management which never materialized, and then after having to ring 6 times for somebody to answer the phone, I was berated by the "Manager" for ringing so many times without leaving a message. How about getting one of your employees to answer the phone or phoning back as promised? The company has refused any form of compensation for the time I have had to take off of work to fulfill this commitment and refused any gesture of goodwill for the future appoint. The parting shot by the manager, who's demeanor at all times was rude and unhelpful, was "I suggest you find somewhere else". I shall be doing that. I suggest you all do it too.

Good quality doors supplied promptly and fitted for a reasonable price. Fitting of the door itself was fine (door operates smoothly) but a clear lack of attention to detail / common sense on cable routing, positioning etc. which has taken considerable effort to sort out retrospectively. The work area was left dirty, and garage lights were taken down during fitting despite previous assurance at the survey stage that they would be fine where they were. After effort to sort out all the above we are pleased with the end result though.

Very professional. A very easy experience without any problems. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice Garage Doors.

Easy and fast service. Cheaper than others and definitely will use again!

Excellent. Came quickly; sorted out our mangled garage door quickly and efficiently. No attempt to ooh and ahh, you need this or that or new door...all done in under an hour. Perfect. The hourly rate is probably high but you pay for the expertise, so reasonable too.

Quick - no fuss - on the spot repair - reasonable price - professional

When I pulled up into the garage last week I noticed that my garage door remote was missing. Afraid of the security implications of this, I called Mega Garage Door Repair Markham for reprogramming and replacement of transponders. I’m glad the technician arrived as soon as possible to work on it right away.

When I first started using the services of Markham Garage Doors Specialist, one of the staff had told me that if I would call for annual garage door maintenance, I would never have any substantial problems. He was absolutely right. It's been four years since then and I actually followed his advice and called them once every year for garage door service. I never needed them in between. Regular checkup and the results are just fine!
