A golf course for golfers. A club where the members are very welcoming to new members. Great participation in the the various leagues and tournaments. A nice looking club house which can be booked for weddings, parties and business meetings. Reasonable annual dues and lots of different membership levels.
Hylands Golf Club
Cfg Ottawa South, Ottawa, Ontario, K4P 1C5, Canada
Had our Christmas party there this past weekend. Food was terrible, meal was cold and bland. Staff was defensive & rude. Mashed potatoes and gravy are made from powder. Drinks are expensive.
Carleton Golf & Yacht Club
6627 Marina Dr, Ottawa, Ontario, K4M 1B3, Canada
Always a great experience when you get to play at Carleton.... even when it rains. Course is great, as are the food and beverages after golf.
Rideau Glen Golf Course
Golf Course Ln, Kemptville, Ontario, K0G 1J0, Canada
A Great Day
If you want a course where you can relax and just enjoy the game and company, this is the place for you. No formality. No pressure. Just a good place to figure out the game and develop your skills. But don't expect an easy game. There are lots of challenging holes. The seventh is 250 yds. 150 of which is a lake. You have to get over that to get to the green!
Ahmic Lake Golf Course
Golf Course Rd, Magnetawan, Ontario, P0A 1P0, Canada
Great inexpensive course. Laid back. Wide open fairways. Long drives. Short game is a little tough, but we'll worth the price.

Lynbrook Family Golf Centre
285316 County Rd 10, , Ontario, L9W 0Z1, Canada
The location showed by Google is nowhere near where the golf centre is actually located. It is way off. Lynbrook Family Golf Centre is located at the corner of Dufferin County Road 11 and County Road 10. The phone number is Orangeville, but I believe the crossroads is considered Amaranth. Hope that helps others find the course!
Listowel Golf Club
8380 Fairlane Rd, Listowel, Ontario, N4W 3G6, Canada
The food is what is say, the very best for the price anywhere in North Perth. Loving it
Max's Sports World
800 King St N, Waterloo, Ontario, N2J 4G8, Canada
Batting cage was absolutely brutal- out of 25 pitches maybe 5 were hitable in the fastpitch. Most didn't reach the plate before hitting the ground. Staff was pleasant enough, but machines definitely not worth any $$
