Greens were fast and true. Started on back as I think the front was being aerated, best job I've seen. They were just as playable. Also bunkers were taken care of. For the price, great deal.

The Club at Viniterra
8647 Angel's Share Dr, New Kent, Virginia, 23124, United States
My 1st trip there but not my last. The course fairways and roughs are Bermuda and therefore dormant and the greens had recently been aerated. We still enjoyed our round. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Practice facilities are excellent.

Nice par 3 course...7 iron to lob wedge shots, great place to tune up short game...
Birkdale Golf Club
8511 Royal Birkdale Dr, Chesterfield, Virginia, 23832, United States
This is a fun but challenging course. The staff members are GREAT. In my humble opinion, Brikdale is one of the better semi-private courses in the area. Getting better!
If there's a negative, it's the sand traps (more stones than sand); the greens are hard and don't hold well and you can't land short because of the very soft (wet) fronts.
All in all Birkdale is a challenging course and should be played WITHIN one's ABILITY. Do not play the Blue, Red or Black tees if you have a handicap over 12.

Super nice staff....took my daughter there and was really impressed. It's a simple operation but lots of fun. I think that the Lazer maze is a great idea.... if you added some games with tickets or just some fun pinball games would add another dimension to the experience.... also selling some snacks... candy sodas... would add a layer.
