Love this place. Laser tag, bounce house but now that the kids are older we mainly come here for the batting cage. The pitching machine is old and it uses the dimpled balls but it works. They also have another lane you can pull out to do live pitching or softtoss.

Showed up here at about 1:00 pm on a Saturday. Checked their Facebook and asked their hours before I left. I never got a response. They weren't open. Went to the Play it Again Aports in Kenosha instead and was happy with their selection. Wish I could leave a better review.

I requested to be transferred from the agent I had in Baraboo to him because they could hardly be reached. It seemed like every time I called there I had to leave a message. This has not been an issue at all with Craig. He has been available virtually every time I've called. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what coverage you need and why you need it. You can tell he cares about his customers!
