Shocking service. The accommodation was changed at the very last minute and this was only discovered by one of the group contacting your golf travel directly. The new accommodation provided was questionable and a further 45 minutes out of town. Upon arrival being charged €120 by the receptionist as apparently we hadn't paid the full amount. It was late, we were tired, so we refrained from arguing this point until the morning. Getting the €120 refunded took longer than hoped as they had to bank transfer this. As we were now situated an hour from the centre we were also unable to watch the Lions gloriously snatch a draw from the All Blacks and tie the series as we weren't prepared to pay the €60-€80 taxi fare on the Saturday morning Some had argued Gatlands squad selection prior to the series but Gatland somehow managed to pull it out of the bag which is more than can be said for Your Golf Travel. On returning to England, to be informed we'd receive a £300 refund (split between 25) is simply unacceptable due to the additional stress, aggravation, tears and funds spent on taxis. Im not a keen golfer but this has put me off any future golfing holidays. Very disappointing.

If this isn't the perfect place for guys to hang out, I don't know what is! The clubs they provide are top notch & the beer is tasty!

On the 20th of March 2018, I purchased a new set of M4 form you at your Monument store. I just wanted to share what fantastic service I received form the entire team there. From the moment on the 19th when I booked my fitting everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout. I would like to highlight a gentleman named Callum. He helped me with my fitting and the final selection of my clubs. I found that he was extremely knowledgeable,friendly, patient and helpful with a great sense of humour.I purchased the new M4 Driver, 5 wood, 4 hybrid, set of M4's and a bag. He could have easily also sold me a 3 wood , but my stats showed that for the minute I do not need one. I only mention this because a lot of pro shops will happily sell you something you do not actually need.This shows a great attention to detail, and putting the customer needs first! I must have already told 20 golfers about my experience and I have to say through his help I am super happy with my clubs and they are playing like a dream! ( They already cut my handicap!) I am in the hospitality industry and were based in 5 star hotels around the world and have a intimate understanding of what brilliant service is , all I can say if Monument is the example, American golf can be teaching a lot of sports retailers about service. Through Callum and the team's service at monument you certainly gained a customer for life! Will be in to see you at Monument in May for a wedge or two! Thank you very much.

Great place for an after work social or with a group of friends. Absolutely bags of fun and a cut above your usual crazy golf. They have some inventive holes that are just the right balance between fun and frustrating. You'll probably get around the 8 holes in 30 mins depending on how many people are there. There are plenty of bars available, prices are regular London prices.

Good range but as with all hard top ranges, it's hard to gauge distance and stopping the ball as the ball seems to run a lot further than on a golf course. Ideal if you just want to practice hitting the ball, not so good for controlled short game practice.

Being an avid golfer for many years I’ve had my fair share of time in American golf stores. I personally couldn’t single any of the staff out at the Greenwich store, they’re all super friendly and helpful.

Food is amazing friendly staff nothing to much trouble.

Good bar prices and well cooked food on offer. Lovely course.

Beautiful golf course

Booked a 4 ball on Sunday morning 15th April, was advised breakfast would be readily available and didn't need to book breakfast so turned up starving to find the kitchen had run out of food. The course was in atrocious condition, very badly maintained and we had someone accuse us of only paying for 2 players, in public at the first tee in front of others. He did return to apologise as Of course we had all paid. I made a complaint via the website when I got home but I've heard nothing since. So there you go! If you are happy with naff customer service and a poorly maintained course, play at Addington court.
