Renowned for its panoramic beauty, The Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course, rated 5-1/2 stars, is a captivating and challenging layout set in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Played in two nine-hole loops (with a third nine, the Tunnel course, also available), the opening holes set the scene for this spectacular Stanley Thompson design.

I had lunch with an work associate there, we both ate the halibut which was possibly the best fish and chips either of us had ever eaten. Great food and service, the restaurant looks newly renovated and has a great look. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a good place to have a meal, even if you're not a golfer or curler. The menu is not huge, but there's a good selection. Fish and chips are excellent here, and I really enjoyed the soup of the day - corn chowder, I think. Fresh ingredients nicely cooked. This restaurant is one of the town residents' closely guarded secrets - where we eat while the tourists are paying an arm and a leg for something not nearly as good.

Went for a wedding. Great venue and excellent wait staff. Location is beautiful.

Most Spectacular views, every new course and every new hole takes your breath away.

Viewed this gorgeous building as a possible wedding venue. The events manager is a very kind person and he's willing to work with couples in achieving their dream wedding. Great prices for what you get out of the venue, they also serve German beer, which is a bonus in my books.

Great deal for off season room. Pools and hot tub are amazing and were exactly what the Dr ordered after a long day of driving. Comfortable bed. Great room with a view of the pools. Only 4 stars because the service in the restaurant was extremely slow. But the meal was good.
