Hardware

Good prices in some cases this is the cheapest spot for tools

Name has changed to TB Doors & Frames. Still serving Sudbury, Manitoulin, North Bay and the rest of Northern Ontario.

Excellent service, and great products.

Very friendly!😉

Great place to get work related safety equipments. They have a huge selection and the staff is very helpful. I would recommend going here for your needs.

Rock bottom prices on every day retail prices. Why Pay 100% retail when you can pay 20 or 30% only of retail prices.

Love this place has almost everyting needed to fix things at home or on the farm.

Excellent service. Just wish they allowed dogs as I had to leave someone outside with our dog. We cannot or wouldn't leave our dog at the cottage alone for over 3 hours for our round trip. Cottage is not air conditioned and is very hot.

Had what we looked for. But the store needs to be better organized. Everything seems to be helter skelter. Even one of the employees couldn't find a certain tool we were looking for, after a few minutes he finally located what we needed. Over all it has a very good selection of tools and some very interesting things also.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Whenever an employee was near they asked ih you needed help. Very good experiance on this visit.

My truck needed an alternator. they had it for me the same day and let me install it in the parking lot. Great auto parts dept. Thank you.

Doesnt respond to emails and took 3 weeks to get an account approved on the website.

No washrooms for drivers

great lumber department! Andrea cut wood vey nicely. also very clean...10/10

This company I visited a few times and the front desk person Claudio is very polite and helpful. Unfortunately when dealing with one of the other owner's Renato he is extremely rude and seriously lacks etiquette. If you are not a repeat customer he will tell you that he cannot help you unless you spend a certain amount, I cannot believe he has the audacity to tell people this, his secretary or whoever is the woman who answers the phone is also very rude. I really wonder how this company is even in business, I would never treat my client or any new clients in this manner. Very disappointing to say the least.

Store Manager should be vigilant or be replaced with a manager who walks around making sure customers are getting good service. I tried to get help from Jetinder. Plumbing section. Home depot 1.30pm Sat July 14. He is RUDE to those who cannot speak Punjabi. Farooq is another RUDE person. This is Canada. Please be nice to everyone. Other departments seem to be nice.

More like find it yourself and good luck. Staff is usually helpful though very hard to get a hold of anyone.
