Customer Service never answer the phone and I have a question to ask about my invoice. Paying them doesn't seem to be a priority. Heck with making a payment...they obliviously don't need the money.

Great people to deal with

Absolutely terrible place to work. The coworkers are good but management replace people everyday like a shirt.

Kevin is the best! Thank you!

They reaaaally dont know how to cut keys. The cashier is a 90 year old nonna.

Unfortunately, not a good experience for me. It was my first experience with these guys. I did an online order and ordered two items. So they shipped me out one item, but overcharged me, even with the s/h included it would not have been that much. I contacted customer service and she said it wasn't her responsibility to deal with this...OK?! I was just doing basic math with her over the phone to show her my point. So now I will have to file a dispute with my credit card to get things fixed. Also, this is just advice for anybody wanting to deal with these guys...do not order anything on back order. The price you see will not be the price you will be paying. For example, if you order a product and the present price is $10 and it goes up to $20 ... the present charge is that. Strange practice, but they are still in business, so I guess they are doing something right. Good luck guys.

Called up this place to see if they had a very specific metric hex bolt that they can sell me. They were very friendly and quick to help, knowing that I could not find the hex bolt anywhere else. Unlike the other Fastenal on Queen Elizabeth that refused to any hex bolts unless I ordered over 50 of them, these guys were great and were able to accommodate selling me just 4. If it wasn't for them, I would have an extremely hard time looking for this specific bolt size. Would recommend!

Always greeted at the front door and the staff are accessible to answer questions.

A thirty year old hinge failed on one of my kitchen cupboards. It took a bit but thanks to the lady who answered the phone (never got her name) and Customer Service Rep Ryan, my replacement hinges arrived this week. A perfect fit. Best part - free!

Met Ibrahim in the home appliances department who explained in detail differences and advantages of buying different electric and gas ovens. Purchased online but had a great personal experience.
