Have only been to the store once and received great customer service from Mackenzie, who was extremely helpful and patient when helping me find everything I needed! Thanks again!

Patty is a super Lady, we have meet her at her Store on a couple occasions. She is not pushy and helps the customer meet their needs. I can tell the way she handles herself she wants each customer to be happy with their needs. Made sure we chose the product we wanted, not like the big box stores. Will be back again next year when it's time to buy a vanity for the Master bedroom. Thanks Patty for all the help, keep doing things the way you do.

If you're looking for hardware, Fastenal is a great place to shop. I wish the inventory was larger, but what is not available right away can always be ordered and picked up the next day. Easy to access locations and helpful staff.

A tinkerers dream store. Supper cool wood working gizmos. If you've never heard of it, they have two.

Large store, huge selection, all quality items, helpful staff and they have a buzzing system so if you can't find a staff member all you have to do is push a button an announcement is made saying that staff is required in a certain area and then the staff shows up to help you. I think it would be a good idea if other stores adopted this push button announcement system for customers to get help. This is one of my favorite stores.

Would highly recommend. Spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my computer and the great professional advice i got from him fixed it in minutes.
