Great little too store has some incredible sales very often. Helpful staff and a wide variety of price points on tools to fit any budget. They also do all warranty repairs through the store to make your life easier. They might not have everything you need here but if you can get it here you'll be happy you did.

Top quality supplier for Cabinet shops

My shopping experience today was moderately okay. Although, when I was checking out, the customer service lady megan was calling a manager. No one seemed to be helping her. While I was waiting for my friend, a heavy manager with an unsightly beard came to the lady in customer service and said to her “by the way I’m filing a complaint about you”. It took me by surprise as this young girl was very professional and was helping multiple people at the same time. She instantly looked defeated. I’ve never heard anyone be so rude before, let alone a manager talking to a much younger staff member. I will be calling to complain about this as well, it’s not right anyone gets talked to like this.

Prices are good, and there is a fair amount of selection of literally everything here from fishing gear to camping gear to clothing, shoes, food and even hardware. The parking lot is huge, and we had excellent customer service helping us with all the camping gear we needed to buy for our outdoor adventure. If you are looking to comparative shop for outdoor gear, definitely give this place a look.

This is my favourite hardware store in Langley. The staff are the best! It is just the right size to carry everything I need, withou having to spend hours on end tramping around one of the big stores the size of a town. Prices are good and returns are not a hassle

Since NCIX closed this is the go to place. Great store, great staff, great customer service. It's worth it to buy from memory express because their store policies are the best.

Was doing a run for my husband for some plumber parts. Nizar was so helpful. He recognized me on my 2nd run (missed parts the first time) and made a point of asking if I needed help! For someone who was extremely busy, he took the time to make sure I had the help I needed! Great customer service and concern!

The Langley Bed Bath and Beyond is absolutely awesome! Huge selection of a wide array of various products. The staff are always helpful and they make the visits there that much better. So go and enjoy!
